Welcome to Legendary PvP. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, DayZ server, and related services. By accessing or using any part of our site or server, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Game Server Access

Legendary PvP is a modded DayZ server offering a balanced PvP experience. We reserve the right to suspend or ban players who:

Violate server rules
Exploit bugs, mods, or glitches
Harass or disrespect players/staff
Attempt to disrupt gameplay or abuse systems

All rules are listed on our Rules Page or within our Discord.

Donations

Donations to Legendary PvP are 100% voluntary and help support server costs (hosting, mods, updates).

By donating, you agree that:

Donations are non-refundable
Perks (e.g., custom skins, clan tag colors, priority queue) are cosmetic and do not affect gameplay balance
Perks may be adjusted, revoked, or delayed at admin discretion
Submitting false payment claims may result in a ban

Donations do not guarantee immunity from server rules or penalties.
